At The Leprosy Mission Shop, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return any item within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Return Process

  Email our customer service team or call us to notify us of your return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in a resalable condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the return address label provided on your delivery note to the outside of your parcel and take it to your local Post Office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 working days.
